JUMA NATURE (TANZANIA ARTIST) – TMK WANAUME
Tanzanian bongo flava star Juma Nature was born as Juma Kassim Ally in Dar Es Salaam 26 years ago. He started singing when he was in primary school back in 1993 and ended up working with several groups and projects. In 1999, during his time with GWM (Gangsta With Matatizo), he met a producer and the owner of Bongo Records P-Funk who immediately spotted Nature's talent. Pfunk then started working on Nature's album as a solo artist which was released in 2001 with the name 'Nini Chanzo' (meaning 'What's the start') which became a big success, followed in 2003 by his second album 'Ugali'.
Having conquered the Tanzanian market, Nature also recorded a song with a kwaito beat, produced by Pfunk, which turned into another hit. With a fascinating distinguished dance plus clothing line stores in three different areas in Dar Es Salaam, Juma Nature is ready to repeat his East African success on a global level.
